Our Story
Aquilo was founded by Daniel Dwyer and Darren Waitson in 2024 to address the challenges property managers face—juggling too many contractors, missed compliance deadlines, and unclear responsibilities.
We saw first-hand the need for a specialist partner who could take full ownership of M&E, compliance, and gas safety, ensuring every building stays safe and up to standard.
Aquilo joined the Nirvana Group in 2025 to combine specialist technical knowledge with the group’s national resources and reputation for accountability.
Today, Aquilo supports portfolios across the UK, providing planned and reactive M&E, gas safety, and compliance services—all managed by one responsive team.
